A water drop hits a surface. Concentric circles expand outward. When I designed the Mechanik2, my intention was absolute: to bring every radius precisely out of the center.

This radial geometry meets pure mechanics. The challenge for the annual calendar was uncompromising: All information at a glance.

Gears spin in circles, but life moves forward. The design of the MIH watch, which I took over in 2020, flows directly into the Mechanik2. This defined my core principle: From Circle to One line. I gathered these expanding radii into a single horizon—unifying AM/PM, day, month, and date on one line. You stand at the center, reading the clear line of the future.
